Pinball Village Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item(s) back to Pinball Village within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the day of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Returns are eligible for a refund if they are unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that they were received. Returns must be sent in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Pre-order Cancellation/Return Policy

You may cancel your pre-order purchase for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided the item has not already shipped. If the item has shipped, you are subject to the standard Pinball Village Return Policy above. To request a refund on your pre-order purchase, please contact us here.

Non-Returnable Products

Deck Protectors – We do not accept returns of any kind on Deck Protectors.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damaged and Defective Returns

If you receive an item from Pinball Village that is damaged or defective, you can return the item for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date. 

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.  Please visit Pinball Village, and under “Returns”, fill out the returns slip (this is your proof of purchase). 

 Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Pinball Village does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, therefore we will not be held accountable for lost items or damage sustained during shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow up to two weeks to receive your refund from the time we receive and inspect your package.

No refund will be issued if we find evidence that your product has been altered or modified in any way.

Late or Missing Refund

If you have not received a refund after returning your item, please check your bank account. If credit has still not been applied, contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Please note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us here.
